Meet Our Coaches
COACH KELLI
Kelli has been an athlete her entire life, participating in a wide range of sports from a young age. In high school, she was a four-sport varsity athlete, competing in field hockey, diving, basketball, and softball. She continued her athletic career at Shippensburg University, where she played varsity lacrosse.
Kelli discovered CrossFit in 2014 and was immediately drawn to barbell work—though she openly admits running is not her favorite. Her passion for the sport led her to begin coaching in 2018 after earning her CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) certification. She further advanced her coaching credentials by obtaining her CrossFit Level 2 (CF-L2) in 2023.
Kelli holds a degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University as well as a Nursing degree from Gwynedd Mercy University. Professionally, she works full-time as a Pediatric Nurse, specializing in the care of medically fragile children.
Outside of her professional roles, Kelli is a proud mom to her son, Noah, who is often seen around the gym.
Her true passion lies in helping others reach their fullest potential and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. Her coaching style combines encouragement with high standards—pushing athletes to step outside their comfort zones while reminding them she believes in them every step of the way.

Coach Rachel
I started CrossFit in 2016, after a roadtrip with my CrossFit loving friend led me to try it out. Coming from a competitive gymnastic background, I quickly found out how much I loved the variety of movements and the challenges each individual workout holds. In 2018 I earned my L1 coaching certificate and have been coaching since. In 2021 I added a gymnastics course to my repertoire and find enjoyment in helping clients use drills and conditioning to have breakthrough moments in any movement they are working on.
Outside of the gym my passions lie in science, animals, and home improvements. After working in a materials testing lab for 9 years, I have settled into a supervisor role in a Forensic Toxicology Lab. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two dogs, Frankie and Chica. I also bought a fixer upper and work on endless DIY projects!

Coach Ross
I have been doing CrossFit for 12 years, coaching for 9 as a CFL1. I believe that the benefits of the CrossFit methodology extend far beyond the walls of the gym and radiate through every aspect of life. No matter what you’re are doing, virtuosity, doing the common uncommonly well can be applied and with consistency will naturally produce positive outcomes. Beyond fitness I enjoy hanging with my family and volunteering as assistant coach for my son’s soccer team. I’m an avid bowler, and certified laughter yoga leader. I can’t wait to work out with you and watch you achieve your goals!

Coach Brittany
I'm Brittany Campbell. By night, I work full-time as a trauma nurse, but my favorite role is as a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach. Health and fitness have been a passion of mine for most of my adult life.
I started out teaching spin, kickboxing, and bootcamp classes years ago. I found CrossFit about 10 years ago, and I’ve never looked back. I fell in love not just with the workouts, but with the incredible community it builds. Coaching CrossFit is one of the most rewarding things I do.
CrossFit keeps me physically prepared for the demands of my job as a nurse—and one day, I hope it helps me keep up with my future grandkids (way down the road, of course!)

Coach Greg
I started CrossFit at Mad Hatter in 2017. I was a novice having only been a powerlifter before. I was immediately hooked on the challenges of the movements that I had never done, mostly the gymnastics. CrossFit has become a part of my life. My wife Roseanna and daughter Cassie are also members. You may see my son James powerlifting on his own in the gym as he plays college football.
-
CrossFit has helped me in my other hobbies which are golf and skiing. The strength and mobility that I get from CrossFit has made me better at both golf and skiing.
-
In my professional life I am a partner at the law firm of Benstead, Mabon & Mitsch in Doylestown. I focus my practice on Criminal Law.
-
I am a certified L1 CrossFit Coach and in 2026 I will get to compete in the masters division of the CrossFit Open for the first time as I am turning 55!
-
I hope to see you at CFMH soon!

Coach Tracy
Coach Tracy began CrossFitting in 2017. Although she cried through her first WOD, she immediately fell in love with the sport. A writer by trade, she worked in publishing and tech before exiting the workforce to be a full-time, stay-at-home mom. Now that she’s an empty nester, she’s focussed on her next iteration. Passionate about health and wellness, she got her CF-L1 in May 2025 and started coaching a few months later. Coach Tracy is an avid volunteer and loves being outdoors in any season. Her hobbies include skiing, paddle-boarding, hiking, gardening, reading, knitting, and crocheting. She’s excited to be part of the Mad Hatter team and looks forward to helping athletes meet their fitness goals and challenge themselves along the way.
