CROSSFIT Classes

Introductory Course

Our introductory course is a series of three classes that will guide you through the basics and fundamentals. In this class we review the basics and get each person familiar and comfortable with the fundamentals of CrossFit. This is a three session introductory course for newcomers, or people unfamiliar with the basics.

 

At the end of the third session an assessment will be made to determine if further basic instruction is needed before starting a regular CrossFit class.

CrossFit Classes

Our CrossFit classes are CrossFit taught by coaches who have all obtained their level one, or level two CrossFit training certificate. We also have coaches who are certified in CrossFit gymnastics and CrossFit Kids.

 

Yoga Class (Temporarily closed -- Please check back for a re-start date)

Our yoga class is free for all members and non members each Saturday morning. This class focuses on flexibility and mobility. Lead by a certified yoga instructor, a great way to balance your CrossFit practice.
