We offer FREE yoga classes every Saturday at 8am. The class focuses on flexibility and mobility. Lead by Nicole, a certified yoga teacher, nutrition coach, and all around awesome person, this class is a great compliment to your CrossFit practice or just relaxing class to take on a Saturday morning!
This class is free for all members and non-members.

​FREE introductory classes for anyone new to CrossFit.
In this class we review the basics and get each person familiar and comfortable with the fundamentals of CrossFit. This is a three session introductory course for newcomers, or people unfamiliar with the basics.
At the end of the third session an assessment will be made to determine if further basic instruction is needed before starting a regular CrossFit class.
Free trial class for any interested new member. We would love to have any new members drop in for a free first time class!
