Melissa has been in the nutrition field for 10 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences from The Pennsylvania State University. Currently, she is a Director and School Nutrition Specialist where she plans breakfast and lunch for 3,500 students daily. She also works with clients one on one for nutrition consultations at CrossFit Mad Hatter. Choose between a structured program or standard one on one consulting. Melissa does not focus on one specific diet but rather focuses on each client, their diet history and goals separately. There is no “one size (or diet) that fits all”. Let’s work together to find the best you!
