Born and raised in Kintnersville, Pennsylvania, Josh started at age 8 attending SAT speed and agility camps. During these years he gained a high appreciation of putting work in to get you further on and off the field. Josh attended Shippensburg University for Environmental Science and played Free Safety for the Red Raiders. After college, he received his Level 1 certification in 2012 and immediately found his passion and love for coaching. He has been training athletes for several years of all ages and abilities.
